Hi, I will be finishing up my Associates degree in Science Summer 2011. I would like to continue my studies over seas and get a Bachelor degree in science. Then eventually i would like to get my masters in Physical therapy. I would like more information about studying abroad in St. Petersburg Russia. What would be the best University to go to for my degree studies. How much is the cost of living. Does the University provide dorm rooms, or other housing facilities? is it possible to find a job while studying?

I am brazilian and I am Bachelor in Sciences – Degree in Physics. I have some questions regarding the programme offered by Saint Petersburg State University - Master programme in Mechanics and Applied Mathematics.
Could you confirm that this programme is offered in English and I don't need to be proficient in Russian? ( I´ve got TOEFL certification)
Is there any formal application on your website as I had a problem to find one? what documents are requested to be enclosed to the application form? What´s the general procedure for application?
How about programme costs? And living costs for international students?
