Sir,
My name is Adotey, and a native English speaker from Ghana in Africa.
Presently, i am teaching English to kids and adults in a school in Novosibirsk, Russia. I will be staying till the end of may next year.
I hold a Bsc degree in business administration, and i will like to study for a masters degree in st. petersburg.
Can i apply and get a visa extension while i am still in Russia, and enroll immediately after my teaching service is ended in without going back to Ghana?
