UNIVERSITY HAS A PRE-UNIVERSITY COURSE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

 

APPLICATION DEADLINES AND BEGINNING OF STUDIES:

Application deadline:

  • Until September, 1 - for the Bachelor, Diploma Specialist and Master Degree programs;
  • Until October,1 - for the Pre-university courses

Beginning of studies:

  • September, 1 - for the Bachelor, Diploma Specialist and Master Degree programs;

  • October, 1 - for the Pre-university courses

     

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS

Documents

• îriginal of education certificate and copy of translations certified by a Russian notary or Russian Embassy in issuing country
• medical certificate
• HIV certificate
• filled application form
• 6 photos
• copy of national passport

Entrance examinations (exams / tests / interview): interview
Applications for admission have to include an endorsed copy of the Certificate of secondary or Higher education, a medical Certificate, a copy of birth Certificate. 
 

 

 

 

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS:

Accomodation conditions: Enrolled international students are provided with accommodation in student hostel (double rooms).

Accommodation fee: 25 - 35 USD per month depending on living conditions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The history of St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University “LETI” dates back to the year of 1886 when it was founded. The first Rector elected was the inventor of radio A. S. Popov.
At present LETI hosts more than 10 000 students and post-graduate students from Russia as well as students from around fifty CIS and non-CIS countries. A wide variety of majors in radio engineering, telecommunication, electrical engineering, electronics, IT, solid state physics and science of materials goes along with humanities, economic and management majors.
