August, 25^th for the Bachelor, Diploma Specialist and Master Degree programs;
October, 1^st and February, 10th for the Pre-university courses

Beginning of studies:

September, 1^st for the Bachelor, Diploma Specialist and Master Degree programs;
for the Pre-university courses from the moment when group is complete

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS (exams / tests / interview):

Complete pre-university course, first level certificate test on Russian language, tests and exams: in the subject of the program chosen.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS:

Enrolled international students are provided with accommodation in student hostel.

Accommodation fee: 90 USD/month for 1 person.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

University is the oldest engineering institution of higher education in Russia. Founded in 1809 the University became the first Russian educational institution engaged in training railway engineers. Its first rector, Augustine Betancourt was a prominent Spanish scientist of the time. Professors and graduates of the PGUPS have built 99% of the Saint-Petersburg bridges.
