REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS (exams / tests / interview):
Interview: on the subject of the program chosen
LIST OF PAPERS NECESSARY FOR FOREIGN ENTRANTS:
- Copy of national passport;
- Notarized copy of an educational certificate, the list of all subjects studied with periods attended and grades obtained (translated into Russian) being enclosed. Papers should be legalized in the country that issued them, in the established order (the die “apostille” is to be available for the countries of The Hague Convention, for the rest the papers are to be legalized in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country issuing them; full information in the Embassy of the country that issued the document);
- Certificate of equivalence of educational papers, got from the Federal oversight body in the sphere of education and science (Rosobrnadzor) (it may be done after the arrival in the University);
- Medical certificate of no contradictions for studying;
- AIDS-test certificate (it may be done after the arrival in the University);
- Vaccination certificate (if available);
- Six 3x4 photos, in mat;
- Academic certificate if the entrant is transferred from another higher educational institution.
ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS:
Students are provided with accommodation in comfortable residence halls. Accommodation fee: 30 USD per month.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The University of Refrigeration and Food Engineering is a modern higher educational establishment situated in the centre of St. Petersburg. The total area of the buildings exceeds 42,000 sq.m.The recent computing centre provides computer services. The library is well stocked with over 1,000,000 volumes. The University consists of 32 departments. There are comfortable residence halls with all amenities and a recreational camp located in the picturesque place at the Karelia Isthmus.
